Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and secure.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated courier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
